Online California Traffic School Projects
September 1st, 2010 by authorIt’s often debatable as to whether a traffic offence should have the fine reduced if the offending driver takes a course in one of the many California Traffic School Projects online. After all, haven’t these men and women caused a motoring misdemeanour’s that may have put other road users lives at risk, even if only slightly? Most traffic wrongdoings are not done out of ignorance but out of impatience, and a certain complacency that the motorist will likely get away with his or her crime. Anyone who has passed their driving test have had an education on how to drive and read the road signs, so no one can really say they don’t understand the road traffic laws, and if they do, then perhaps they shouldn’t really be driving in the first place!
Internet traffic courses might still do some good though in the great state of California. Some say that they bring back a sense of responsibility to the offender and that they graduate with a deeper respect for the law. Was it really worth jumping that red traffic light just to shave 2 minutes of your travel time? And was it really necessary to park illegally on that shopping trip just so that you didn’t have to walk a few hundred meters by parking in the allocated spaces further down the road? And was it worth going 50 in a 30, because the safe driving speed bores and frustrates you. Safe drives are healthy drivers and respected by members of society, especially those with young children. Don’t forget that when you complain about the family slowly crossing the road and holding you up, or the cyclist, of the aging pedestrians, they too might be drivers, just like you.
