Have you thought about running for weight loss?
In that case you’ll need a plan of action, a route planner if you like, something to help you get you where you want to be.
Yes you might go it on your own using an inferior, fragmented tactic to approach your training days, but will you get the results you’re after.
The honest answer is probably not, and here’s why…
If you don’t plan and plot out a journey or project it rarely turns out right. It’s important to plan around problems and take an overall view of what you need to do in order to get you from where you are right now to where you need to be.
So whether you want to go running for weight loss or just to improve your fitness levels, then you still need to run consistently.
