Gaining Weight Quickly

For many beginning weight lifters, gaining weight quickly is a major goal. If you build more muscle size and lose extra body fat you’ll greatly increase how good you feel and the look of your physique. Start out by following a basic weight training routine to learn how to properly perform the major exercises like bench presses and squats. If you’ve just started working out with weights you don’t need to do many isolation exercises for the muscles you haven’t built yet.
