The New Liquid Vitamin Supplement Module

You have probably seen those little bottles on the shelves of your local nutrition store and wondered what they were. Upon closer examination it is revealed that these bottles are liquid vitamin supplement bottles. The notion of taking a vitamin through an eyedropper and dripping it on your tongue is probably a foreign concept to you as it is to many other people. However, this method of ingesting vitamins has proven to be quite popular and has a number of benefits that many may not be away of.

The Traditional Module

The traditional image of a taking a vitamin usually is that of, for lack of a better description, the “pill form” of taking the vitamin. Regardless of the type of vitamin one takes the vitamins were ingested from little capsules sold in bottles that looked no different from aspirin bottles. Now, there is nothing inherently wrong with this although some people do feel stomach distress on occasion as a result of taking vitamins in this form.

There is also another problem with taking these types of vitamins and that is the fact that they do not absorb easily as they have to break down in capsule form before being dispersed into the bloodstream and then through the rest of the body. Thankfully, there is another way that the vitamins can absorb and that is through liquid vitamin supplement forms that have become quite popular on the health and nutrition market in recent years.
