Finding A Healthy Cooking Recipe

One thing to avoid in any healthy cooking recipe is the use of a fryer. If the recipe calls for the meat or vegetable to be fried in any type of oil, that is a dead giveaway that it is not a healthy cooking recipe. This may not be a recipe that can be easily modified into a healthy cooking recipe. However, cooking it another way can be just as satisfying. If you enjoy fried chicken tenders, try grilling them instead. When grilled, the chicken retains more flavor and more of the essential nutrients and vitamins found in it. In addition, grilling does not add any unhealthy fats or salts to the recipe.
