Surface Preparation before Industrial Paint Application

In order to create a surface profile, the surface should be abraded to roughen it up. When applying products, the following might be of help to properly prepare a surface.
• Ensure that the surface is completely dry. The strength of the bond to the surface will be affected adversely by moisture.
• All surface contamination should be removed by means of sanding or blasting.
• Use a suitable cleaner to degrease it.
• In order to roughen the surface up, it should be abraded.
• The appropriate primer should be used.
