Acting Summer Camps are great for kids
December 25th, 2008 by jaskilgoreAt that acting summer camp, as at most camps, they discouraged parents from coming early to see their kids. He was gone for four weeks, but I only got to meet up with him during the very last days. We got to see them perform the play they had been working on all month, and let me tell you it was spectacular. They had written, directed, and acted in it themselves. It had been an elaborate performance between the kids. Although some kids had played a bigger part in it than others, it seemed like everyone was represented.
My child was one of the most important performers in the Acting Summer Camps production. He was not the lead in it, but he was one of the principal players in the play. He was actually playing the villain, and he was great at it.
