Dust Mites Affect Your Health
October 29th, 2009 by denver7One of the problems we encounter in the colder weather especially is dust build up in our homes.This is especially problematic when as air is re-circulated continously and air filters get clogged up. The result can be a concentration of dust mites that we end up inhaling into our lungs. Dust mites can aggravate asthma and cause other respiratory problems. The best solution is to have a good hepa air filter and keep it clean and you’ll avoid most of these problems.
