The Great Debate about Cooking Grills
August 18th, 2008 by chrisleeramsden@mac.comThe biggest debate about BBQ cooking grills is whether to choose propane or charcoal. You can find numerous pros and cons to each side, and quite often those who are proponents of one type can be fairly vociferous in their opinions. The only way to determine which you prefer is to experiment. If you’re like a lot of people however, you won’t notice that much of a difference in the way the food tastes once it is taken off the grill. Because there are so many varieties of cooking grills available, it can be a little overwhelming to try and decide which is right for you.
Sample the food at restaurants and friends’ homes. Ask them which kind of grill they use; that might help in making a decision. Do your research and take your time shopping for a grill. Before you know it, you’ll be happily grilling in your backyard and enjoying the rewards of your new grill.
