There are many different approaches a hypnotherapist may use with a client. Direct suggestion, indirect suggestion, goal imaging and in my experienced opinion the most effective, age regression. Age regression allows the client to access a time in the past, guided by an experienced hypnotherapist, to the initiating cause to the present issue. Along with age regression, emotional release is equally as important for deep healing. We all understand the powerful impact emotional release has.
