Constipation Causes – Your Bad Habits May Be Part of the Problem

One of the most popular constipation causes is, not to listen to your body’s signals. Over time you are training your body to hold in waste. This is not healthy. Over time, your body may quit telling you that you need to go as frequently as it should. This can lead to more and more need for constipation relief, as waste that really does need to get out of your system is just sitting there and backing up.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the longer you allow waste to sit in your system, the more dangerous it can be for your body. Not only are you then going to need constipation relief, but all the toxins that are in that waste you’re trying to get out of your system, are rotting and seeping in to your body through the tissue walls of your intestines and digestive tract.
