Black Wii Bundle Released in the UK

Exactly one month ago, players from all over England, Ireland and mainland Europe got their hands on a Black Wii bundle. This black version of the Nintendo Wii came as a limited edition of the series, which also came with the new and exciting Wii Sports Resort game and the original Wii Sports. Wii Sports Resort black bundle offered a total of 15 different sports and activities to enjoy.

In line with the launch of the range of accessories in black, the Classic Controller Pro was also released in Europe, which is an improved version of the Classic Controller. Black Wii Remote, Wii MotionPlus accessory and Nunchuk were also made available across Europe from Nov. 20.

The Wii Sports Resort which came with the Black Wii Bundle sold well over 1 million copies and brought an entire island along with 12 new exciting sports and activities. The sports featured in the Wii Sports Resort is made with incredible accuracy, with due credit to the Wii Motionplus accessory which came with the bundle.

The Black Wii bundle comes with a Black Wii console with a black Wii Remote, the Wii MotionPlus and Wii Nunchuk, along with the original Wii Sports Resort and Wii Sports. The Black Wii Remote, Wii Nunchuk and Wii MotionPlus were also made available to be purchased separately from the day of their release. These accessories also announced their release to the U.S. market, without the console.

The UK did not receive price cuts, unlike the US which announced price cuts for the Wii back in September. They did start bundling the Wii Sports Resort and Wii Motionplus accessory at the console’s existing price of 179.99. You can find the Black Wii Bundles listed on Amazon UK for a mere price of 164.99 or roughly converts to around USD269 for the US audience.
