…Today that piece of dish is spread all over the world and adjusts easily on different types of many national kitchens .
In wok you can cook, braise, poach, steam, fry, bake and process on various different principals. real Wok has thick walls, it is made of iron and because of that is very heavy. Thick walls are keeping warmth, so majority of food in Wok is prepared „ on quickly ,and that is one of peculiarity of Chinese kitchen. That is the way for preparing all Chinese food at home or in Chinese buffet restaurants! Because of the specific and rounded form we can cook quickly. By frying the food we can easily mix it , and small pieces will not fall out. Groceries which are prepared in the Wok are keeping their nutritive ingredients and smells, and also by frying in Wok we need less oil than in usual dishes …
