Taking Acai Fruit For Our Health

In the last few years, the acai fruit juice and acai berry products have been flooding the market. Producers who until a few years ago had never heard of the berry, are now putting acai berry extracts in cereals, juice, health bars, yogurt – all sorts of foods.
Acai fruit juices are typically made in one of two ways. The first is to strain it directly from the acai berries pulp, pretty much the same as how most juices are made. The second is to reconstitute the juice from a powder just as many brands of orange juice are.
