Recently Elmo Live Encore was a sure winner—other hot toys of Christmas 2009 are the Zhu Zhu pets, Twilight Barbies, Nintendo DSi and Nintendo Wii, Transformers action figures, Hannah Montana toys, LeapFrog Text and Learn, and Dance Around Dora. Some of these, like the Nintendo consoles, Hannah Montana and Transformers are fairly easy to find, so if those are among your choices the time is ripe. Others like the Zhu Zhu pets are extremely difficult to get a hold and remain in popular demand.
