The first you must do is to check if she has a regular cycle. Most women know how long their cycles last. However, they probably don’t understand when they are fertile. To keep it simple, her most fertile period should be 12-14 days before she has her period on the first day. This is when you can get her pregnant. But, this figure is only accurate if your wife has a regular cycle of 28 days. If her cycle is 32 days, then deduct 14 and her fertile period should be 18th day.
She can only conceive during a 12-24 hour window after ovulation. So make sure you know her exact timing before getting her pregnant.
