HSE Engineer Job Description is: to manage and coordinate company’s health, safety and environmental activities and provide safety support services to the company, projects and clients
Job Objectives:
1. To manage safety activities in the company and monitors site activities as well
2. Ensure HSE compliance with clients requirements, policies and procedures, etc.
3. To identify training needs and develop and deliver training materials & resources for employees and contractors.
4. To manage, coordinate and conduct accident and incident investigations and safety audits in accordance with accepted international codes of practice and methodologies
5. To provide services to and act as a supporting resource to projects and clients on all matters relating to safety and safety awareness
6. Develop hazard control methods, procedures and programs.
Applicable laws, rules, regulations and/or policies and procedures.
7. To develop materials and methodologies to promote safety awareness on projects and throughout the organization
HSE Engineer Requirements (Education and Skills) generally as below:
• A Bachelors Degree with relevant experience in Safety.
• Risk and Hazard Analysis
• Safety Auditing & Technical writing
• Root cause analysis and investigation
• Training, Communication and Presentation
• Conflict resolution and Negotiation
• Maintain Accuracy in both Functional and Reporting Activities
• Ability to create positive team work environment
