Who should use a Residential Lease Agreement?

Any property owner can make use of this Rental Agreement when leasing his/her property to a tenant. Note: it is recommended that you obtain the tenant’s personal details, and that a background check be conducted before finalising the Lease Agreement. The Tenant Application Form can be used for this purpose.
